- To assist the Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations
- Handling Telephone and emails to provide excellent customer service
- Efficiently handling VIP & Direct guest reservations
Daily Tasks and Checklists
- Verify the quality of data fed into PMS every day
- Conduct daily work checklists & trackers to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management
