**Guest Relations & Seating Management**
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting list.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
**Coordination & Communication**
- Communicate seating arrangements and guest preferences with servers.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in handling guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
**Organization & Cleanliness**
- Ensure the entrance, lobby, and reception area remain clean and organized.
- Maintain menu presentation and distribute menus to guests.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant safety and hygiene protocols.
**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and dining preferences.
- Assist in updating restaurant seating charts and managing table turnover.
- Support marketing initiatives such as promotions and special events.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
