Job Title: Reservations Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to establish our end-to-end reservations process and lay the foundation for growth at a young and dynamic hospitality start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings across online platforms, direct channels, and offline networks.
  • Handle guest interactions via calls, emails, and messaging services.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and supplier extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documentation.
  • Review guest communications for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agency (OTA) extranets.
  • Understanding of PMS and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email composition.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
