About the Role

You will create empathetic product UX via storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.

You will conceptualize, communicate, and pitch ideas frequently in front of peers across product, business, tech, and marketing.

We expect you to bring fresh approaches, insights, and convey what's best for users through seamless product interactions using best UX practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create quick sketches, wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes.
  • Partner with Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Document user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Create and communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Drive design quality, usability, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and development practices.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience with UX/UI design for highly interactive products and digital interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience working with Design systems.

Skills:

  • Strong portfolio detailing interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Create detailed user flows while imagining movement and correlation between components.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.
