We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to take ownership of research activities, delivering insights to enhance user-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners and UX/UI designers to drive user-centric design decisions through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user experience research across core and adjacent journeys using diverse methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to define research objectives and strategies.
  • Carry out usability testing, remote testing, focus groups, card sorting, and co-creation sessions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), bringing best practices and innovative approaches to UX research.
  • Advocate for user needs within internal teams and product development processes.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for product owners and design teams.
  • Analyze multiple data sources, including qualitative insights, quantitative metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure research aligns with business goals and digital product development in an Agile environment.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, including information architecture and product definition.
  • Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience conducting usability testing, remote studies, and user interviews.
  • Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations for UX/UI teams.
  • Strong case studies demonstrating user research skills and impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed teams and meet research timelines.
