UX Designer Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled UX designer to join our organization and contribute to the development of intuitive user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design, a strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies, and proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities include leading the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and execution, designing wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to refine design solutions.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation, drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction, create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences, and help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement.
