Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a talented and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building design systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems for visual and functional consistency across products.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure usability best practices are applied at every stage.
  • Work independently in a remote-first environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems, collaboration).
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
