UX Designer

About the Role

As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with developers, strategists, and clients to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to grow their design skills while playing a meaningful role in shaping digital products and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)

  • Work closely with developers to ensure design intent translates into functional products

  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries

  • Map customer journeys and optimize digital experiences

  • Analyze user feedback and iterate designs for improved usability

  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects (academic, internship, or personal)

  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

  • Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, modern design

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Internship or project experience in product design, SaaS, or consulting

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development basics

  • Knowledge of motion design, interaction design, or micro-animations

  • Experience creating dashboards or B2B product interfaces
