Key Responsibilities

  • Find, pitch, and close contracts with companies requiring staffing or placement support across India.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and signed MSA/SOW.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful ramp-ups and renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience closing B2B staffing/placement deals in India, with a strong network in Noida/Delhi-NCR.
  • Documented quota attainment (e.g., new logos/quarter, GP/revenue delivered, win-rate).
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close MSAs/SOWs with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of margins/mark-ups, billing models, RPO/MSP, and typical TA KPIs.
  • Comfortable selling into IT & Non-IT roles; basic knowledge of salary bands and talent markets.
