Technical Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tracking tools e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla.
- Create testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, SRS.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
- Establish and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and execute appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies for quality assurance.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in QA engineering.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems e.g., Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience with API testing - Postman, RestAssured.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools - JMeter, LoadRunner.
- Exposure to cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP and containerised applications Docker, Kubernetes.
Qualifications and Certification:
- B.E / B.tech / MCA
- Certification in QA testing will be an advantage.
