Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to support the existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Benefits module.

This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations. Additionally, they should have intermediate skills for other HCM modules such as Core HR, Goal & Performance, and Compensation.

The selected candidate will work full-time on the HR POD, attending daily stand-up calls and working to deliver stories within the sprint. They will be closely collaborating with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the IEEE framework and UAT support.

Responsibilities

  • Modify/configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs rates, and eligibility profiles
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 3 in Benefits
  • Understanding of Benefits setup eligibility rules and enrollment flows
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology or Agile practices
