We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning and Development Professional to drive impactful initiatives across the organization, fostering growth, and excellence in our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Design and Delivery: Develop and execute learning programs aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective employee engagement and development.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and develop tailored learning solutions that address specific employee needs.
- Facilitation and Training: Deliver classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training for employees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with business units, leaders, and HR partners to co-create learning programs that drive business results.
- Content Development and Evaluation: Create learning content, deliver interventions, and evaluate their impact on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
- Talent Development Solutions: Partner with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and functional leaders to design and implement talent development solutions that meet business needs.
- Performance Management and Competency Frameworks: Support the implementation of performance management and competency frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 5–8 years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing learning programs with measurable results.
- Strong facilitation skills, with ability to engage audiences in both physical and virtual environments.
- Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks, with ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with ability to convey complex ideas simply.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with ability to drive innovation in Learning and Development.
