Pioneering Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administrative matters.
  • Oversee C-level projects and other initiatives on behalf of the executive team.
  • Develop and implement best practices in HR and administration across multiple teams.
  • Build and lead a professional HR organization.
  • Manage company risks, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on HR processes and programs.
  • Utilize data insights to inform talent strategy development and execution.
  • Mentor internal HR stakeholders, promote continuous learning, and stay current with industry trends.
  • Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of business-related risks and compliance policies.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor and customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop systems and intelligence for client retention.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations on business problems, projects, or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to influence stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced experience enhancing programs or processes using business and organizational insights.
  • Advanced experience managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
