APAC Employer Branding Manager

HARMAN International is seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding Lead to develop and execute strategies that attract critical talent and enhance our reputation as an attractive employer across the Asia-Pacific region.

Job DescriptionThis role will serve as the subject matter expert for APAC, leading regional multi-country employer brand content and talent engagement strategy across key social media and recruiting channels and platforms informed by global EB strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as Employer Brand (EB) subject matter expert for APAC, leading regional multi-country employer brand content and talent engagement strategy across key social media and recruiting channels and platforms informed by global EB strategy.
- Act as EB advisor to regional Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders to drive hiring goals.
- Act as a strategic storyteller by creating content showcasing employee stories in a variety of formats (written, visual, video, etc.) across multiple internal and external channels.
- Manage our APAC EB channels such as LinkedIn, regional HARMAN careers website content, Glassdoor, YouTube Life at HARMAN playlist, and local sites.
- Drive regional recruitment marketing efforts in line with company values, hiring goals, and DE&I strategy.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management across all levels of seniority.
- Experience with design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate projects across multiple functions and geographies.
- A global and collaborative mindset with an interest in learning new tools and exploring new EB approaches – adaptability is key.
- Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
