Job Description:
 
Possess deep expertise 10+ years) in the Cloud connector Factory, including hands-on experience in ITOM with Orchestration and Cloud Lifecycle Management. Provide High-Level Design and specifications for implementation (i.e ServiceNow, BMC etc), ensuring alignment with business objectives. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) certifications are highly desirable.
• Develop, design & Implement comprehensive IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, covering the below areas.
 CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
 Orchestration, Cloud Lifecycle Management, Event Management
• Implement Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds, ensuring successful deployment and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in the ITOM architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to customize and configure ITOM applications to meet specific business needs.
