Job Overview

As an Enterprise Account Director at Microsoft, you will play a key role in driving digital technology transformation in partnership with your customer, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. This involves leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, engaging at the most senior levels of your customer, and bringing industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business outcomes are met.
  • Proactively develop a strong understanding of the customer's industry priorities and present Microsoft solutions based on customer insights.
  • Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams in each area of product set to consistently achieve growth in market share.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience of selling cloud solutions to Enterprise customers and achieving target or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years experience working in Retail/Digital Native, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 13+ years of experience working in Retail/Digital Native, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration Degree AND 12+ years experience working in Retail/Digital Native, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
