Identity Governance Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Governance Consultant to join our Cyber: Identity Team.

  • Integration Expertise: Integrate SailPoint with core systems like ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.
  • IGA Processes: Deliver IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Connector Configuration: Configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Access Policy Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Automated Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Audit: Create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

You will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Requirements

Key Skills: Strong understanding of SailPoint and its integration with core systems, expertise in IGA processes, connector configuration, access policy development, and automated workflows.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience with SailPoint implementation, troubleshooting, and user training.
