Job Title: Identity and Access Management Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient management of our organization's digital identities and access rights.

  • Design and implement effective IAM strategies and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure and maintain our Identity Cloud platform, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and API integrations.
  • Develop and manage identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into our Identity Cloud platform using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
  • Monitor and manage Identity Cloud workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends and platform updates, recommending improvements as needed.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably with Okta.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
