App User Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including influencers, brands, and app users.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- This includes guiding influencers and brands through the onboarding process and app navigation while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- The successful candidate will also be required to collect feedback from users and report recurring issues to improve the app experience.
Key Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community engagement tools an asset.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus.
