Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • SEO and Content Marketing: Drive SEO strategy and execution (on-page, technical, backlinks, content optimization) to improve visibility, rankings, and lead generation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Conduct regular analytics reporting (weekly/monthly) using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEM Rush, etc., and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security audits, compliance, and uptime across all domains.
  • Content Publishing: Oversee content publishing workflows in partnership with marketing teams; ensure timely updates and campaign integrations.
  • Digital Features Development: Develop new digital features, landing pages, and campaign microsites in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • LLM Optimization: Implement LLM (Large Language Model) optimization strategies to enhance AI-driven discoverability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in website management and SEO, preferably in a multi-brand or global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and custom plugin/theme integrations.
  • Demonstrated success in SEO campaigns and driving measurable growth in traffic and engagement.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
  • Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and integration with websites.
  • Experience managing security audits and compliance for enterprise-level websites.
