We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to lead high-impact training sessions, end-to-end learning & engagement programs, and team development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic training programs across locations with clear goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative training modules.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop trainers for consistent delivery and excellence.
  • Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 8–10 years' experience in L&D or HR.
  • Strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement and growth.
