We're seeking an experienced Training Program Coordinator to lead cloud and AI technology training projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage comprehensive training programs for Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies, ensuring seamless execution of logistics, scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis.
  • Execute innovative and scalable training initiatives focusing on Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and other Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Assess prospective trainers' expertise in Azure services and AI technologies through technical evaluation calls.
  • Maintain a network of external trainers specializing in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards, align with Microsoft's cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), leveraging Excel for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, juggling multiple complex training projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, articulating cloud and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a global environment, adapting to time zones and needs of international clients and partners.
