About This Role

The Director of Food and Beverage is a key position responsible for the overall success of our food and beverage operations. As a leader, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  • To work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering timely responses to guest inquiries.
  • To develop and implement plans that achieve property food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets.
  • To lead and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • To prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled, productivity, and performance levels are attained.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • To establish and deliver effective programs that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • To ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

  • A proven track record in food and beverage service with strong problem-solving capabilities.
