This is a senior account management role for a professional who can excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

About the Job:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by introducing new products, maintaining existing sales, and enlarging the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and products to stay up-to-date and provide valuable insights to internal teams.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring accuracy of monthly sales forecasts, and working closely with the development team on projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to explore innovations and new concepts related to customer products and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with financial concepts and processes.
  • Strong interests in product development, consumers, and market understanding.
  • Project management skills with effective collaboration and orchestration abilities.
