Senior E-commerce Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our e-commerce strategy across diverse verticals.

  • This role involves developing and executing long-term e-commerce plans aligned with business objectives.
  • You will manage revenue growth, profitability, and key performance indicators for multiple e-commerce programs.
  • The ideal candidate will lead nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
  • They will ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize seller performance metrics.
  • A key aspect of this role is managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with business goals.
  • Program Management: Manage multiple e-commerce programs, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and key performance indicators.
  • Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead nationwide seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Revenue Growth & Profitability: Experience in driving revenue growth and managing profitability.
  • E-commerce Operations: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years relevant experience in e-commerce strategy & operations
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills in B2B/B2C platforms
