Programmatic Media Manager

We are a key component of a leading media and advertising agency holding company, offering a wide range of services including strategic media planning, digital marketing, direct marketing, public relations, and other specialty communications services.

Our team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality products and services to our global agencies and group companies, with a focus on Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science, Market Research, Business Support Services, Media Services, and Consulting & Advisory Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day performance of campaigns across various platforms, coordinate campaign executions across regions, and work closely with agency stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing campaign performance through data-driven strategies
  • Coordinating campaign executions and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Managing campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) through optimization, monitoring, and pacing control
  • Developing best-in-class solutions based on available technology
  • Overseeing media tracking and analytics implementation
  • Communicating daily format, screen, and inventory performance to clients and agencies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients
  • Expert knowledge of digital programmatic buying and hands-on experience with demand-side platforms
  • A working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape, including video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
  • The ability to describe all possible KPIs and their relevance to the customer journey
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in consolidating multiple data sources for analysis
