Electronics Management Role

Overview:

The Electronics Manager will oversee the development, implementation and execution of projects.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in electronics, engineering, project management, and team leadership.

The Electronics Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of electronics engineers.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of electronic engineering projects.
  • Ensure projects meet time, budget and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Review and approve design specifications, schematics and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics engineering and incorporate them into projects.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure product quality and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in electronics engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams and projects.

Certifications:

PMP, Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus.
