Job Title

Champion Health, Safety and Quality Standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the HSEQ function to champion health, safety and quality standards across all sites. This involves managing internal and external audits, strengthening our food safety culture, and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a keen eye for detail. The candidate will work closely with culinary, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to execute company standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HSEQ function to champion health, safety and quality standards across all sites.
  • Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Strengthen our food safety culture by leveraging technology and aligning in-unit employees with group objectives.
  • Design and implement a robust structure for risk assessment and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Oversee and ensure effective delivery of HSEQ training across all sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree in Food Science and Technology.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant industry certifications and training.
