Business Process Transformation Specialist

The role of a Business Process Transformation Specialist is to spearhead process improvements across the organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Develop detailed, comprehensive processes based on changes in regulations, products, systems, etc., ensuring timely release by liaising with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with stakeholders such as Compliance, Risk, Product, Legal, OPS, etc., to gather information and provide input.
  • Process Identification and Revision: Identify existing processes for revision or updating.
  • Customized Solutions: Provide tailored solutions to branches for specific business requirements.
  • Assistance and Support: Offer assistance to product, operations, and management teams.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer requests for deceased claim settlement are closed within defined timelines.
  • Query Desk Management: Handle query desk for quick resolution of queries or clarifications raised by channels.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge about branch banking products, operations, and processes.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Be aware of regulatory guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills: Display good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and competition.
  • Proactive Approach: Think proactively for process changes from a business process re-engineering perspective.
