We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead large-scale integrated campaigns and drive digital brand success. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing social-first yet 360 brand campaigns across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of 360 digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries
  • Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
  • Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation
  • Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communications
  • Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client-facing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), trends, and analytics
  • Expertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent
