Job Title: Senior Brand Development Manager

About the Role:

No Fluff is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Development Manager to lead our clients' brand transformation efforts. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in brand strategy, consumer psychology, and business growth to drive results-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing comprehensive brand positioning strategies, and driving measurable business growth. They will be responsible for creating integrated brand systems that optimize every touchpoint from awareness to advocacy, and for delivering industry-leading results through advanced strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand positioning frameworks that drive category leadership
  • Lead complex, multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams over extended timelines
  • Drive double-digit growth through data-driven brand strategy refinement
  • Mentor junior brand managers and guide account teams toward strategic excellence
  • Conduct advanced competitive analysis and identify white space opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise: 2-3 years of experience in brand management, with demonstrated team leadership and major account success
  • Strategic mastery: Deep understanding of brand equity, positioning frameworks, and how brand strategy drives business results
  • Perspective knowledge: Advanced knowledge of consumer psychology, behavioural economics, and persuasion science
  • Analytical sophistication: Expert-level data analysis skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex datasets
