Commercial Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position that oversees finance operations with a focus on revenue cycle management.

  • The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills to prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • It involves overseeing end-to-end finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finance Operations:
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.
  • Oversee the entire finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
  1. Financial Reporting & Closing:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
  1. MIS, Audit & Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters.
  • Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions.
