Job Description

As a Business Finance Team Lead for Working Capital Finance, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth in working capital finance solutions. This role requires a unique blend of business development, partner management, and financial expertise to structure and deliver innovative solutions to clients, improving their liquidity through efficient working capital financing options.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working capital finance products such as Cash Credit, Overdraft, Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), supply chain financing, invoice factoring, and trade credit. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain successful partnerships, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within partnership performance.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product, legal, and finance, to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client needs and business goals. The successful candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
