Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Maintain employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
  • Conduct performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
