Advanced Experience Designer

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on user experiences for connected and future appliances.

You will play a pivotal part in designing user-centric solutions, evaluating emerging trends, and creating innovative experiences that meet business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Develop experience blueprints and UX architecture to guide design and development.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and ensure users' perspectives are central to all processes.
  • Work closely with internal partners to optimize designs for manufacturability.
  • Facilitate research studies and ethnography to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and experiences.
  • Utilize analytics and user research data to inform design decisions and measure their impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 3+ years of UX Design experience.
  • A deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A strong grasp of Android, iOS, and custom software.
  • Experience in digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Engineering, as well as 2+ years of UX Design experience in the Consumer Electronics, Appliance, or Automotive industry.
