Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our product teams. In this role, you will craft seamless user experiences across our products by working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Lead redesign efforts for existing products or features, ensuring improved usability and aesthetic quality.
  • Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
  • Support development teams through implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved and executed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, promoting a collaborative design culture.
  • Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify UX improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design only.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Agile project management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and mentoring junior designers.
