Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and qualify user requests
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  • Process and execute demands/resolve incidents following existing procedures
  • Record, track, and document incidents/service requests using the ticketing system

You will work closely with senior technicians and other teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs). You will also provide adapted responses to user demands and needs, evaluating their knowledge in IT and level of autonomy accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts with a maximum 6 months of experience
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

You will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach with a friendly and patient demeanor. Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are a plus.
