Reference Data Services Representative

As a Reference Data Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer data. You will be responsible for performing moderately complex and varied assignments, working with limited supervision, and servicing an expansive array of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers are classified in line with required regulations.
  • Perform on-going maintenance and refresh of existing customer data.
  • Set up and maintain settlement instructions in various internal applications.
  • Interact daily with global operations teams to ensure timely update of all settlement instructions.
  • Monitor settlement rates to ensure instructions are being updated correctly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience specifically in customer identification within a global financial services organization.
  • Knowledge of settlement instruction data and familiarity with external products and services.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
