Campus Recruiter Position Summary

Opus Global Services LLC is seeking a skilled Campus Recruiter to lead campus and bulk hiring efforts. The selected candidate will excel in building relationships with institutions, managing large-scale recruitment events, and sourcing top talent through extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campus Recruitment:
    • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
    • Coordinate and execute successful campus hiring drives and events.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, seminars, and networking events.
  • Bulk Hiring:
    • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring campaigns.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and timelines.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize multiple channels to attract top candidates, including social media, referrals, job boards, and campus partnerships.
    • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between institutions, candidates, and the company.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and event feedback.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in campus or bulk hiring is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage large-scale recruitment events.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Travel:

Able to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time).
