Delivery Head - Recruiting Operations (US Contingent Staffing Market)


Role Overview:

The Delivery Head for Recruiting Operations will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence in recruitment for the US contingent staffing market. The ideal candidate will work onsite in India, leading high-performing teams and ensuring seamless delivery aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting Operations Leadership:
  • Manage and drive overall recruiting deliverables across the enterprise portfolio of US clients.
  • Oversee global recruiting teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and KPIs.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales teams in the US to ensure success across each client portfolio.
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between onshore and offshore teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  1. Process Optimization and Change Management:
  • Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to improve processes and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies that align with client needs and market trends.
  1. Team Development and Training:
  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill recruiting teams, building a "best-in-class" culture.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team leads and recruiters, fostering professional growth.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard metrics to drive team accountability and success.
  • Continuously refine metrics to ensure alignment with company and client goals.
  1. Recruitment Team Management:
  • Take full ownership of building, managing, and scaling recruiting teams in India to support US market needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting operations, with a strong focus on contingent staffing and global delivery models.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale recruiting teams in India for US-based clients.
  • Expertise in change management, process improvement, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of US labor laws, contingent staffing requirements, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
