This position is integral to our in-house recruiting team in Noida, requiring a high level of professionalism and hands-on experience with tools like Naukri and Recruiter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for C-level and business development positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment goals.
  • Source and screen candidates through platforms like Naukri, , and other recruiting tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, focusing on communication and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to offer.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a corporate recruiter, specifically in domestic recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, , and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability to join.
