Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our HR team as a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  1. Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
  2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
  3. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various tasks, including:
  • Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Managing employee records to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the HR team as required.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have advanced Excel skills, proficiency in English, and knowledge of MS-Office applications. A willingness to learn and earn certifications is also essential. Additionally, they should be available for full-time, in-office work, starting between August 27th and October 1st, and able to commit to a 3-month duration. Benefits include a certificate and informal dress code 5 days a week.
