Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Noida/Gurugram

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Shift Timing: 1 PM - 10 PM (Flexibility Required as per Business Needs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team on a third-party payroll for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process and delivering quality talent to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job portals, , and other professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling bulk hiring and volume recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
