As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with clients to understand their complex supply chain challenges. Using your technical acumen and strategic thinking skills, you will lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.

Your primary objective will be to present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align seamlessly with client needs. You will work tirelessly to develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

In addition to your technical prowess, exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. You must possess a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, demonstrating empathy and understanding for clients' unique requirements.

• Lead investigation sessions to pinpoint issues and collect precise specifications.\
• Present tailored solutions utilizing Kinaxis RapidResponse that sync with client objectives.\
• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.\
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, workflows, and demonstration scenarios showcasing solution capabilities.\
• Engage closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions' feasibility.\
• Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.\
• Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis implementation and utilization best practices.\
• Serve as the subject matter authority for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.\
• Support sales teams with technical insight and thought leadership during pre-sales processes.\
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.\
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with in-depth technical analysis.\
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.\
• Maintain open and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.\
• Offer post-implementation training and support to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.\
• Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future enhancements.\
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement initiatives.\
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development within the organization.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to maintain expertise.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field, along with hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. They should possess a strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
