Supply Chain Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant to lead our client engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in supply chain strategy, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create compelling business cases for outsourcing, including detailed financial analysis and process maps.
  • Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support contract negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide ongoing support during transition to steady state.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, including developing training modules.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–15 years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably in presales/solutioning.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large supply chain projects.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across various industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa (hands-on experience preferred).
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
