Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the entire supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze strategic supply chain plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and optimize vendor relationships to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage supply, ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Leverage leadership skills to promote professional growth and development within the supply chain team.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning, with proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
