Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at OML Entertainment Private Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for generating revenue for various businesses run by OML, including managing sales volume, building key relationships with clients, and exploring new streams of revenue.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development. They will be responsible for overseeing the team developing solutions for brand briefs, negotiating deals, and pitching ideas. They must also maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand
  • Build key relationships with clients and ensure sustained and long-term business with them
  • Explore new streams of revenue and build them to be sustainable
  • Maintain a robust pipeline & database
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of market trends and economic indicators

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
