About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to provide security services, investigation and asset protection in designated areas of responsibility, assist in mitigating product loss, and maintain customer satisfaction according to INSLP guidelines and policies. The position is cross-functional and requires collaboration with stakeholders from various business and corporate functions.

Your day-to-day activities will involve planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and executing processes and procedures laid down by the organization and the SLP function.

As a key member of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse program, you will be required to conduct deep investigations into concessions requests raised by customers and across customer, DA/network and seller to identify abusive entities. You must adhere to the outlined frameworks for investigation and guidelines set by the SLP function.

In addition to supporting concessions investigations, you will provide on-ground intelligence useful in uncovering abuse MOs. To ensure network integrity, you will conduct risk assessments and process audits for respective sites and work in accordance with security policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and follow-up of Loss Prevention Plans in MDR Concessions
  • Conducting SLP audits and implementing SOPs
  • Surprise checks and reports at Last Mile (LM) stations
  • Keeping plans and SOPs updated
  • Periodical documentation checks
  • Adhering to SLAs defined for the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program
Process Improvement and Loss Prevention

You will work closely with teams to analyze loss trends in MDR Concessions, identifying defects or abusive entities, and contributing to loss reduction efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process review, gap analysis, and implementation of necessary improvements
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly assessments
  • Loss prevention reporting
  • Working on feedback received from internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow-up and completion of CAPA recommendations
  • Recommending loss prevention initiatives based on on-ground intel
Loss Prevention Analysis and Investigation

You will conduct investigations by working closely with the SLP and CS teams, analyzing loss trends, identifying defects or abusive entities, and meeting weekly investigation targets.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Sharing RCAs and PTG initiatives on shrink and unmet goals
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a university degree or equivalent through experience and professional certification. Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years in Security and Loss Prevention roles, law enforcement, or security-related professions
  • Extensive knowledge of Shrink Management and Data Analysis
  • Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature
  • Knowledge of information security processes and systems
  • Experience in security auditing
