Help Desk Specialist – Expense Management

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at ITILITE. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via various channels, ensuring timely resolution of user queries and issues related to expense management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver top-notch support services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to users through calls, chats, and emails
- Maintain short turnaround times in resolving user queries and adhere to SLAs
- Troubleshoot user queries using product knowledge and analytical skills
- Guide users on navigating the platform and create product help videos and user guides for self-serve onboarding and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product, technology, and account management teams to understand and resolve user issues
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support at a company offering expense management or corporate card products; experience supporting US or European users is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills (over chat, email, and call)
- High affinity for technology and technical aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting issues in software
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
