Technical Support Specialist

At Tripgain Travel and Expense Management Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based on an estimated salary of $85,000 per annum.
As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving technical queries related to our Travel & Expense management software.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing technical support, with a strong understanding of networking concepts and analytical problem-solving skills.
We require candidates to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as basic technical troubleshooting skills (L1).
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve our product offerings. Additionally, you will participate in training new colleagues and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support.
In this role, you will take ownership of support tickets, manage effective customer communication, and maintain defined SLAs for better customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate support to customers via email, chat, and social media channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our Travel & Expense management software
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement customer feedback and improve product features
- Participating in training sessions for new colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
